Nearly two decades ago, ABE Founder, Gokul Padmanabhan established his restoration specialty firm dedicated exclusively to the property restoration industry.
Today, Restoration Advisors of America continues to support restoration contractors on both Main Street transactions and lower middle market M&A engagements.
The focused model implemented in this boutique advisory firm and later in the second home services specialty arm, HS Exit Advisors, became the foundation for American Business Exit's broader success, structuring transactions around operational, financial, and valuation dynamics.
